A photo of my recent paintings for the exhibition... I have titled the work "Ode to William Morris" ( for obvious reasons) They are two smaller works around 60-70cm in size but work together also as a pair and are painted with acrylic paint on canvas. The photo came out quite well as the colours seem to be a pretty realistic representation of the actual works. Of course the old internal critic is often present, but with a deadline for submission I had to work hard on just letting it all go and surrendering the works for the exhibition worts and all!
